I downloaded this app today from RAVE reviews from multiple other small business owners. I supply several national franchise owned resale shops across the country, including MANY locations all over Southern CA. My sister-in-law, who is expecting her first child, is from China, and has no idea what she needs to buy and where to get it. I have wasted several months searching for nursery furniture, unique antique items, and "Americana" preppy clothing and decor. This app was RECCOMENDED so I downloaded it. You have to request to join a community in order to view the items for sale. I clicked on every community within reasonable driving distance and or where I do business in. The admin for the "Corona & Surrounding Areas Exchange" Jason Mcclaur, denied my request stating that my location (29 miles away) was too far. The automated response, clearly states, that if denied, I can send a message stating that I frequent the area and other reasons. I stated everything above and also told him that in addition to doing business in Corona and surrounding areas, that I weekly frequent thrift stores in the area as well, because Ive been purchasing everything for my sister-in-law. He had a bunch of unsubstantial remarks for every comment, stating Im 45 mins away, which I sent him a screenshot, showing a few accidents at 10:15pm taking 37 minutes with traffic. Im sure that the community would be insulted if they knew admins were denying resourceful and eager buyers with their 16 Toyota Siennas, seats tucked down and ready to buy 24/7!!!! Admins need to have the BEST interest for the communities that they represent, while also responding to requests in a courtesy fashion!
